Structured around movement and dialogue, each session began with a yoga practice followed by a collective conversation on creativity, reality, and the role of culture in shaping perception.

In its first two editions, Vessel Gatherings incorporated a yoga practice led by Paula Ayet alongside dialogue and reflection.
