ABOUT

Not a vessel was founded by Mirena Ossorno, a writer, editor, and cultural researcher, working at the intersection of culture, wellness, and contemporary thought.

Her work explores how the narratives shaping modern life influence the way we understand health, identity, meaning, and collective well-being.

Through editorial research, interviews, conversations, and cultural analysis, Not a vessel seeks to develop new frames of reference capable of navigating complexity, noise, and polarization — not by adding more information, but by clarifying what already exists.

The project emerged from an ongoing interest in the relationship between consciousness, culture, and health, and has evolved through editorial writing, independent research, interviews, and the development of platforms such as Como la flor and Vessel Gatherings.

Mirena has collaborated with brands, cultural initiatives, and wellness-related projects across communication, editorial direction, and cultural strategy.

Her work has been published in i-D, Vice, VEIN Magazine, ICON (El País), and La Vanguardia.
